Why...

It is such a hard thing to accept that life is dynamic? I have always had a difficult time with letting people, places and things who have served their purpose in my life go. Maybe I am afraid that the memories will go with them, maybe I am too sentimental, or maybe I am too selfish to accept that I have served their purpose and they are ready to let me go.

I wish I knew the answer.
